Better health benifits for their employees. That way the workers dont have to have state funded healthcare.

Hire a cleaning staff at the older ones. They are a disgrace to human beings. Outhouses are in better shape than the ones at Walmart. They are dirty and nasty. Walmart needs to hire people that aren't gum smackers and complainers.

I would take a few of the employees off the floor and put them on registers. I don't like the extremely long check out lines.
Maybe a parking garage, so that we don't have to walk to our cars in the stifling heat, rain, or snow. Course it would have to be one of the largest garages you've ever seen.

Yes. The horrible attitudes that the employees have. I know that they get treated like crap by the management, but if a nice person asks a question they don't need to get their heads bit off.

The smell. It smells like puppy/dog farts in there. I would also change the size of the aisles in the electronics section. Everyone and their momma is in that section whenever I go. You can barely move!

I'd get rid of the Buggy Nazi's at the front doors, those old bats will chase you down to get a look at your sales receipt!!!

Stop using the child labor.

I understand you use it to keep prices down but it sucks, and it is not that I am against kids working, I understand they need money. But how about decent wages and not so crappy conditions.

all those empty registers. I hate the long lines to check out.
Some of the quality of their merchandise has gone down since Sam died.
He only sold American made............ that should be brought back.......... He treated people who worked for him well and they have lost that...... happy well paid workforce makes for better profits and service.

I don't think they should close sections of the store at night The one by my house closes electronics and health and beauty. You can't buy make-up after 10PM or so...I think that's really stupid.
