I ♥ scrubs and the office!! Both are great shows with really funny actors, and both shows are well written.

The Phil Silvers Show a.k.a. Sergeant Bilko.
It had a great ensemble cast, razor sharp dialogue, some of the most hilarious scams ever, and was subtly subversive at a time when this was a brave thing to be in the USA.

A toss up between Curb Your Enthusiasm and Frasier. Curb with its thin outlined script and everyone feeding off each other is immense.
Frasier, with even more uptight Niles, and the sense of Britishness with its unabounding sarcasm and sometimes irony.
There are those that are mentioned that are not funny, not on any level, although I think the US interpretation of "The Office" is very good indeed. Still not a patch on the UK one

Thats a tricky one - how can you chose between Will & Grace, Everybody Loves Raymond, Friends, According to Jim and Rosanne?? I will have to go with the order that I have typed them out in.
The reason I like them is because they are funny(!) and, most of the time pretty true to life - good things happen and bad things happen.

The Office...hands down. I like it cause it's your typical 9-5 office job and I think almost everybody can relate to it. (I know I can!) Everybody has a Dwight or Michael in the office or there's always an office romance.

Friends, definitely; but a close second has to be Malcolm in the Middle; anyone who has kids just has to see that show.. The mother, Lois, reminds me of me when mine were all small together; and the boys are like my own, right down to the stuff they dream up!

It is, of course, The Simpsons.
Admittedly it's a bit shite now but for 11 years was the most consistently hilarious thing on TV anywhere!

My favorite comedy is PSYCH! I enjoy the cast! I'M not a big fan of comedy, give me a sci-fi or crime drama any day! I have ta tell ya PSYCH is IMO the best comedy out there right now!
