I disagree. We look funny abolishing something just to resurrect the same thing at some point. Very bad practice and this should stop.
The solution is to implement the NTSP the way it was envisioned, and the way it was crafted by our well-meaning legislators.

when i was in college it was called the citizen military training(cmt) and i felt that it was a waste of time and a source of corruption for the military. modern warfare are fought by technology and not so much with the number of troops. just take a look at the recent united states invasion of iraq. **
