Major toy stores have the kits. I used to have them as a kid. They're not as promising as the package suggests. Also it takes awhile for them to grow. But they're still fun to observe. Keep in mind... You won't actually SEE them for at least a couple weeks after they hatch.

The kits are sold on Amazon but you can also buy the eggs online - just type in Brine Shrimp eggs (Sea Monkeys are a type of Brine Shrimp) and you should find lots of places to get them from.
It's worth getting some information on them first - I found this book really helpful as it tells you the equipment you need to get and what you can feed them too.
They can take up to 48 hours to hatch and make sure the water is the right temperature before you start.
Good luck!

I found mine at toys r us
If you want to raise them in bulk, you can get Artemia brine shrimp eggs from aquarium shops for cheaper than the sea monkeys kit. but it's not as fun

You can even purchase them online - http://www.sea-monkeys.com/ is a good point to start (there are also tipps how to keep them alive ;-))
If you are looking for a retail shop near your home, try this: http://www.sea-monkeys.com/html/customercare/wheretobuy.html
My daughter has big fun with her seamonkeys. They are 2 cm at the moment, artemia salinea bought at the zoo store never get this big, they are an other breed.
