I can control how hot, and when im not using it its lowest is 116 Degrees.... Is 160 degrees fahrenhiet Safe or what is the highest I can allow it to get

That is really getting into unsafre temperatures. You can probably go that high without damage, but you are taking something of a risk. If you are able to, keep it below 140 Fahrenheit.

Are you overclocking?

For maximum life I would say 160F or lower. Absolute maximum (short duration) temperature is probably about 100 degrees centigrade.

Kinda-Sorta. It acts as a 4.8 whilst "multutasking" because of the fact it incredibly is two - 2.4 GHz processors on one chip. center Duo processors are staggering and that they have not got the warmth issues that the P4 3.2 GHz+ sequence has.

yeah its a bit hot
i run at 47c ( 116f) and it might climb to as hot as 51c max ( 123f)
