Answer 1 is right on the (convex) lens formula, which also applies to concave mirrors, so
i = 1 / (1/f - 1/o)
Once you solve that, you can get the image height Hi from
Hi / Ho = i / o
Simple, yes?

i think this is the lens equation

1/o + 1/i = 1/f

o = object distance = 0.06 m
i = image distance = ?
f = focal length = 0.02 m
