The first ten amendments to the Constitution are the Bill of Rights. That's it. Just read them and you can prove it to yourself.

The Declaration mentions "Life LIBERTY and the pursuit of happiness".

The preamble to the Constitution says it is established to secure liberty and insure the general welfare.. Then that document details, particularly in the first ten amendments, what freedoms were particularly important to the people.

The articles of Confederation have no standing, but the other documents do, even if being ignored by traitors.

Paper alone doesn't guarantee freedom. Natural rights and firearms do.
