I've tried looking for other drivers on the inernet can someone help?

go to the website of your computer. and put in your model. and from there you can download your audio driver.

all the answers given r good ,but if u have PC like mine u need drivers for the board.or get a cheep sound card

i think most computers come w/ a disk to reinstall drivers, so look for that first and if you don't have it, go to your computer's manufactorer's website (like dell or compaq) and find the audio driver on there, it should be on there, it definetly is if you have a dell

edit your question - what sound card do you have? if you don't have it on disk and cant find it on the net , you could try to install a generic one from windows but we need to know what it is to be able to help you - mail me with info if you wish
