My husband owns a remodeling/construction business. He has three employees that can show up at any time of day and no supervisor/job foreman. My husband could be at a supply store or elsewhere when they show up, or right in the middle of something on the job. What would you do to make sure the employees hours are being tracked properly?

give them a time to be at work not there then tell them to go home....and are they pay by the job or by the hour like me i get payed for what i do not how long it takes me so if the job dont get done i dont get payed... but id say a starting time be here at 7 or dont be here at all

simple install a time clock and make them punch in when they get there. good luck .
