I get pms the whole week, worse at the end, and I'm pretty old for the whole hormone thing. I'd just give it a while. if the depression goes on for say, a week more I'd talk to someone about it.

yes at your age your hormones are constantly fluctuating and it's a very rough time. I would say you sound depressed and it could either be from your hormones or from something else. It may help you to tell your mom or some other adult female. Maybe some counseling would help or maybe you just need to rest and pamper yourself a bit. If you've been sitting at home to much try to do something to get your heart pumping go for a walk or play tennis or basketball. exercize is highly recommended for depressed people because of the positive chemical changes in your brain that result. Being a woman is very hard sometimes and I especially remember how hormonal I was at 15.

Not just hormones but Teenager Hormones. You are getting a double whammy of hormones. The first form your period and the second from growing up. Get out and take a walk. Play with somefriends at a ball park or someother physical sport. Using excess energy would help alot.

I am 43 and i cry over the smallest things too sometimes. However, if you're feeling depressed all the time you need to tell a parent. try walks or digging in the dirt or talking to a preacher. anything will help but don't just sit there and cry all the time. as for your grandmother telling you she'll pick you up and then doesn't... ask her why she's doing this.
Also..periods are here to make us miserable!!

your body is going through lots of changes. I don't mean you are just now developing, but you will be changing for the next 2 or 3 years still. And yes, your hormones are whacked out. I used to do the same thing. My life was drama all the time, and I didn't know why. Sorry, but it's just a part of becoming an adult woman.

You sound like a fairly normal 15 year old to me. Hormones make you completely wacked. Just know it, I used to laugh at myself quite a bit.....I knew I made no sense....It is pretty funny really. I know you are crying now, and i am sorry that you are sad, just know that you are normal, it will pass and one day you will look back and be able to share the its normal experience with someone else.

Go out and get some exercise. It is normal for teens to have mood swings. Take up a sport or go swimming. Take a walk. Jog. You will feel better.
