Grind them in a meat grinder, include onion, jalapenos while grinding. Cilantro if you like and/or garlic. Heat the resulting just to boiling, put in freezer bags and enjoy your own salsa. For "The" secret ingredient, contact my avatar. Mom's secret recipe is Killer.

Just plunk them in zippie bags in the freezer, NO blanch, just freeze, then use them in soups and or sauces.

If you don't want to can at all, then freeze them whole. It will take alot of freezer space however. When you want to make something, take out the appropriate size bag, blanch or slightly boil the frozen tomatos and then the skin will slide right off. They will be somewhat mushy because of the freezing but will be ready to be cooked down into sauces, salsas or soups. I've had tomatos frozen for a year and a half and it made great sauce and salsa.

Make a thick tomato sauce by letting it cook for several hours. Or look for recipes for ketchup - anything that will condense all those tomatoes!

This is not unique, but why don't you give some to your friends or co-workers? or give some to a food pantry or homeless shelter, where they would really be appreciated.

Sell them! Place a sign in your front yard and people will flock! Similar to a kid selling lemonade.

I would love to buy some home grown tomatoes since mine aren't doing well this year.

I'm boring....make tomato sauce and then can it. That way you never have to buy it at the store, it's preservative free, and you know exactly what is in it.

You can make lasagna, manicotti, spaghetti, and all those other wonderful dishes in the wintertime!!!!
