"Alt" + 64 = @
Pressing Alt key, press 6 then 4 and release "Alt" key

On a standard "QWERTY" keyboard the @ sign is located on the same key as the number 2, which is located above the letters "Q" and "W".
Now, in order to access this you will need to press and hold the "Shift" key located at the bottom left of the letters.
