The Homebase car park is not monitored.
Carlton Road is free after 10:00
The Roneo Corner Tesco and a fair walk.
Malvern Road off Park Lane used to be the only road in Romford which was not included in the CPZ, but it gets full early.
There used to be a free car park off Oldchurch Road, but I think that closed when the new hospital was built.

Or on a Sunday, any council car park
