help im getting porn popups and my screensaver is showing a message?

i went to yahoo answers but i think i made someone mad at me now im getting porn popups and im getting a screensaver that says youve been hacked by lucky i think i asnwered a question to a user with lucky in his name how can i get rid of it? right after i left this started happening

Sounds like you have Spyware/Adware/Malware on your computer. You're going to need to do some vigorous scanning to remove.

It's going to take a few scans so make sure you have lots of time to work in this.
