half of the time I dont mind but I just hate when you ask them to do a favor for you and they act like they are handicap

Helping someone out is not a problem. I have done that many times and will probably do it many more times.

It depends on the favor....I don't mind if it doesn't interfere with my life, but it can get annoying because I tend to be a pushover.
