Can you please tell me which is correct: with a "s" on dance or no "s"

They are the only Red Hat group in Indiana that line dance and square dance.

or

They are the only Red Hat group in Indiana that line dances and square dances.

Red Hat group refers to "The Sparkling Strutters" which is one red hat group.

Grammar isn't math, and there isn't always only one correct answer.

"Group" is a collective noun, and could be considered singular. Then you would need the "s" at the end of the two words.

But you have a plural subject, suggesting that you're considering "group" as several individuals (plural) dancing together. So here, the plural verbs are better.

They is plural so your verb which is dance should be singular so no s

it is actually Line Dancing....not Line Dance or Line Dances...

i'm pretty sure they are both correct. i think the first one sounds better though.
