Local health department

To the county board of health. But you might speak to the
daytime manager to see if they will clean up their act first.
If a customer can see things, then it's really an inexcuseable
'oversight' and needs to be reported.
We have in Portland, Oregon a program where people can
report complaints about any food place, and they go and in-
vestigate and show the problem on tv. So that managers do
clean up their acts, or they lose business.
And in our local paper here in Vancouver, Washington,
they have a column showing the ratings for different places
serving food each week, and how far below standard those
places are listed. If they have too many points against them, they will be forced to shut down by the county.

You call your local Health Department for your City or County and ask for the "Restaurant Inspections Department" They will take the complaiint and your name (which they keep totally confidential) and they they will go within usually a 24 hour period to the restaurant to check them out. They won't call them first eithe. I have reported 3 restaurants here where I live. Actually, one was the Hospital Coffee Shop. They usually call you back and let you know what they have done about it, at least they do where I live.

You need to contact your local Health dept and inform them. After a complaint is made, the health dept will do a surprise inspection of the fast food restaurant. Here where I live, the county has a website that lists every single restaurant in the county and what their grade is from their inspection that is done every quarter.

Your municipality or county or state/province will have a department that inspects restaurants. It's usually associated with the Public Health department.

You could look up your State Health Department's website and they should have a page to report that or a number you can call.

Call or go in person to your local health department. They will tell you what you need to do. It can be done anonymously so if you are afraid of someone finding out there is always that option

Iam guilty of eating at them about 2 times a week but its mainly because Ive been working all day and going to a 2nd job so its for the speed and the convenience. Alot of times all the grease just hits my tummy like a brick and Im sick half the dau after! I much rather prefer a sit down restaraunt- but dont have alot of time for that! I think too many people blame them for their weight problems which is crazy- THYE r the ones eating it- noone is forcing them and noone is making them biggie size it either!
