I feel that i have the best marriage in the world. However, when it comes to matters with his family I don't feel included, his children when we see them i am excluded. When it comes to matters of his ex wife...I have no say...usually money issues. Of course his job is seperate, I want that away from me..it's his. That just leaves our free time. Is this normal.

You married somebody with lots of baggage. You'd better get used to it. Sorry, fact of life.

You CHOSE to marry a man who had children and a marriage before you came along. If that isn't what you wanted then you should NOT have married this man. You basically lied when you took your vows which has in essence doomed your marriage to failure because you are not willing to accept HIM as he is. Marriage is a partnership...you want no part of it, I suggest you leave the marriage now.
