Be understanding! You can't MAKE her want to have it at the same time! Have you tried seducing her? Do things that make HER feel good! Take your mind of YOUR needs for a minute and concentrate on HER! You'd be surprised how far that will actually get you! By seducing her I mean...walk up behind her and gently kiss the back of her neck...things like that. Don't just signal that you want some and expect her to be all a glow with anticipation! Women don't work like that! Maybe she's had a really bad day! It's hard to give advise for something this personal when we don't know the whole situation of why she says no. But if she says no...give her the respect and let it go.

discuss this with her. see what's going on in her life. why is she not wanting to? is she depressed? if so, find out why and help her fix that problem. but do it genuinely to help her..not just to get sex out of it. how old are you two? she might not have the sex drive she once did. it can be embarassing so make sure you are nice about it and have the discussion in private. if that is the problem they do make medicine to increase a womans sex drive. see if she would agree on just going to the doctor and finding out about it. and then take it from there :) best of luck to ya!

Respect her decision. If it happens alot, just ask her what is going on in a non-accousing way. She may be stressed out with life, or it may be medical. Do not assume or accuse her of anything. Just be open to communicating.

Communication is the name of the game! Set aside a time to talk just the two of you where you won't be interrupted or overheard. Don't be shy and tell her not to be either. Maybe it is a cleanliness problem. It could be. You never know but if you don't nip it in the bud it will get much worse.

She has as much to say about it as you do. It has to be a two way thing. What if you had a real tough day and are all pooped out, but she wants sex, what does she do ?

Buy her flowers, and take her out for a romantic dinner.
Before you do that, clean the house, and have all the work done for her. Then take her out and sweep her off her feet. Put the romance back in.

Ask Rosy Palmer and her five sisters if they have any plans for the evening. Then get yourself some Jergen's and have a night together.
