Great. Examine the structure of the media and one is likely to guess its output.
Great concept, that of, what the media company sells is an audience. That the buyers are the corporations who advertise.
And that the whole subject is taboo inside the media itself.

Noam Chomsky? He's just as media-centric as the rest of that crowd. "Mainstream" to them means only the Boston Globe, NY Times, Washington Post, LA Times and the three broadcast news operations. Most of them believe if they travel west of the mall in Paramus NJ they will fall of the edge of the earth. Their entire universe consists of a forty-mile swath of land between Boston and Washington,, with slight extensions into Northern Virginia and portions of the West Coast. The rest of the US to them is "flyover country" and they are clueless about that stretch of land.
