Could someone help me solve this inequality and explain?

(x-5/4) + (3-2x/3) < -2

(x-5/4) + (3-2x/3) < -2
x - 5/4 + 3 - 2x/3 < -2
x/3 + 7/4 < -2
x/3 < -2 - 7/4 = -15/4
x < - (15/4)3
x < - 45/4
x < - 11.25

(x - 5/4) + (3 - 2x/3) < -2

x - 5/4 + 3 - 2x/3 < -2

x/3 - 5/4 + 12/4 < -2

x/3 + 7/4 < -2 // - 7/4

x/3 < -2 - 7/4

x/3 < -8/4 - 7/4

x/3 < -15/4 // Multiply by 3

x < - 45/4

x < -11 1/4
