Snow contains water .. water consists of Hydrogen & Oxygen ..
... if you put in enough energy to seperate the two, the Hydrogen will burn in the Oxygen .. so yes, under some circumstances, it will be possible...

However you will have to put in more energy than you get out .. so, under 'normal' circumstances, plainly not ...
