It's a three way tie between John Cena's 1st, 2nd and 3rd reign. Cena sucks.

King Booker, Cena, Batista, and Khali were the worst.Rey Mysterio didn't just win it cause he wanted to he did it in memory the late great Eddie Guerrero.

cena worst for being over-reated. batista and booker are a toss-up because they had little or no storyline between winning the belt. khali is ok because he actually had an interesting match but no storyline before he won. mysterio is best because he won a rumble, got screwed along the way, got redemption when he was a contender again, and won the belt at mania. he had the best storyline out of all of these guys combined.

Rey Mysterio's title reign was sort of odd being that he is a cruiserweight and (i hate to say it) but the only reason they gave him a title run was because of Eddie Guerrero dying...
But, Khali's is obviously the worst. Khalia is just a 7 foot tall joke who needs to go back to demolishing the under-carders because he can't even have a true match and can't even talk english!! Umaga can but doesn't show it but at least he has a personality! Khali doesn't even show emotion when talking when he yells at nothing...
worst title reign ever!!! doesn't even deserve the title. only reason he has it is because Edge got injured, and the only reason Edge had it is cause Undertaker got injured... so khali is one lucky little *******

Batista he has had 20 title shots in 2007 there is still 4 months left I think he will have 30+ title shots Batista sucks

I have watching some wrestling and I would have to say that it is King Booker. Charmelle has cheated for King Booker, so he could win his matches.
