x <= 14

some text books might use a slightly different symbol between the 14 and x. I will try to discribe it since I can't show it.
but it will have a left pointer to towards the x with a straight or tilted short line below the pointer.

its like 14>x but the > is underlined
> stands for less than and underline stands for equals

I think you mean x<=14 but that seems way to obvious.
