whats wrong with being goofy? whats wrong with being dumb? hell, i think id like him, he sounds cool!
i dont think you need to help him, i think hes doing ok on his own.
dunno about his flirting, but if he doesnt succeed, why worry?
lol he may be a dork, but i like him already. take it easy, and tell your dork cousin to take it easy too!

look im not saying he's gay or anything but i do this all the time i am a bi and i dont want anybody to know that i am so i hit at any gurl i see even if i didnt like her and my sis and my femal cousins always try to talk to me and stuff and say u have to respect women ...i just dont care coz i know what im doing is an act so he might be doing the same thing

hes a boy he is suppose to flirt with girl is normal you should show what will happen if he keeps being goofy and dumb like going to jail doing drugs cause sometimes that does happen

How old is he? He sounds like a typical teenager to me. He won't want your "help" until he asks for it, but you can always ignore his childish behavior. He will grow out of it eventually, especially when he wants to attract a nice girl. Give it time.
