Lately I am wondering.
I named him Ron after President Reagan but he hasn't acted like he appreciates it.
He sits around all day and basically does nothing but whine and beg for handouts. His job is to patrol the yard and hunt mice and other vermin but he doesn't like to work.
I don't know what his stance is on abortion but I know he cares nothing about monogamy. Hes a total coward and runs from every conflict. I'm pretty sure that he supports PETA but he showed his hypocrisy by devouring an entire chicken that he had stolen. Ron has never been known to be a vegetarian.
Rons a real nice guy when he wants something. If Im busy hes never had any problems with inserting himself until only his needs are met.
Yes, Im thinking that Ron is maybe a racist too. He hates the dog and any cat of any color.
Please help, is my cat a liberal and is there anything that I can do to make him be a better member of society?

it was Ron, i know it was, my little princess, my cat Abby is now expecting. i tried watching her but she was a sneaky little twit. now she is huge, eating me outta house and home and where's Ron? he needs to man up and take some responsiblity here. meanwhile anyday now i will be left to feed and care for the offspring and uneducated unwed mother.
She did catch a mouse this morning so even in her condition, she is working to uphold her duties. also, she does allow me to live here with her.
Ron didn't call, Ron didn't send flowers and we are going to contact the aclu in the morning as i am sure some of our rights have been violated. lol....

Face it, your cat is an 'Independent', so much so that he'll never profess any party affiliation. However, there is a bright side to your situation....
Ron has been in your life long enough for you to know what it's like to live with a 'Superior Being' and to not get your own way all the time. You have had very valuable life lessons for living under and enjoying a dictatorial, authoritarian, fascist regime. Whether you realize it or not, Ron has prepared you well for the Bush years. Now give him a hug and some catnip... if Rush can have drugs, Ron can too. =^-^=

Ron patrols the yard hunting for mice. Sounds like he believes in securing the borders.
What does he do when a mouse wanders in? Capital punishment for the offender? Doesn't sound like a lib.
Does Ron pay you much in taxes? If not, he could be more conservative than you think.
Have you ever seen Ron humping another male cat?
Based on these, you might re-think Ron's political posturing.

Should have gotten a dog, Mine works and asks for more. Is appreciative of a pat on the head rather then having to catered to. Never asks for anything to be given to him, like the racist guy on here says. The dog stays with me through thick and thin and is an equal employer. He will chase anything that will run. Sort of like most of your welfare recipients. But will back off when told to, not just ask for more.
He has no unnamed children running around and has served his country as a sentry for two years.

I trust that you've at least had him neutered. Some of my best critters have been liberals, but I don't let them reproduce. I think some of them are light in the sneakers anyway. We allow gay marriage between dogs and cats, as long as it is not consummated. That's even more liberal than Mayor Newsome promotes.

First I must say you have my sympathies. I have a fish Massimo who sounds just like Ron. I seriously think they were born with it. A genetic defect of some sort. Users...can't stand 'em.
I think our only option is tough love. We must make them fend for themselves now. Give them a JOB instead of handouts and it's their CHOICE if they succeed or fail.
Ron MUST chase mice and Massimo must clean toilets.
NO second chances...

No he's acting out as a form of depression because he's stuck with a typical neocon as an owner. That's enough to depress anyone.

He's not only a fine liberal, but he should be a Democratic candidate for President.
CORAGRYPH---Are you so certain that the person asking for help, is never the one receiving it? Ya wanna bet?
Aren't they a heartbeat away from becoming Socialists?

Well you could start by neutering him. Then you could refuse to feed him and stick him out in the cold to fend for himself. Also, try reading him some selective scripture so that he may come to understand how 'this is all for his own good.'
And if all of that fails, just take him to the vet and get him lots of prescription drugs!

Is he dragging other cats to your yard and expecting you to feed them and give them veterinarian care?
If not, you've got yourself a moderate liberal. Be thankful.
LOL!
