Wasn't it Clinton that came in and cleaned up the horrendous budget deficit created by 12 years of Republican administrations (1980 to 1992)? Anyone who actually thinks Republicans are fiscally responsible are in need of some strong psychotropic drugs.

The largest yearly budget deficits were created under the following presidents GWB ($400B in 2003), GHWB ($350B in 1992), and Reagan ($320B in 1983) in inflation adjusted 2006 dollars. These were the largest for each president, under GWB, the yealy deficit has always been $200B or greater. However, not only were there budget surpluses from 1997-2001, the national debt also did not increase significantly during those years.
From 1980 to 1992, the total US debt went from $1 trillion to $4 trillion dollars, in 1996 the debt was $5.3 trillion, in 2000 it was $5.2 trillion and by 2006 it reached $9 trillion. The greatest increases have been under the republican presidents with the worst being GWB.

Clinton did no such thing, yet another liberal lie. Clinton "projected" a balanced budget would be attained years in the future if a lot of unrealistic events were to happen. In other words, he lied (now there's a shock). When he raised taxes, the deficit went up. Tax cuts have rectified that, but spending is still out of control.

It sounds right but you should post a source even though they will say it is the media liberal bias unless it is the RNC channel on Fox.

Actually that's a myth put forth by Hillary. She knew that her base would never research the facts, because they never do. As long as it puts down the republicans the left will swallow it.

YES!
And almost all the moneys spent were for projects demanded by the Democrats who controlled the Congress which is responsible for those budgets.
Since the Presidents have to sign off on those budgets, THEY ARE ALL RESPONSIBLE for mortgaging away the futures of our children.
