No common law marriage in WA. But I'm really amused at "state your reason" for true/false questions. :-)

Look up the word "interrogatory" in your legal dictionary.

And look up the definition of common law marriage, and what states still allow for it.

Someone else handing you your answers does not help you to understand the issues -- it just defeats the purpose of you going to school in the first place.

I would never work for or with an attorney who got through school by having someone else do all the work -- because that means the person doesn't actually understand the law they are practicing.
