Where do I find the badges for monica and the gift capsule?

The first badge you need (Himarra Badge) can be found in Future Sindain (Jurak Mall), and you also can get the gift capsules here. They are both available at the Tailor Shop. Here is how to get all the badges:

Undead - Skeleton Soldier - Attack with Holy Water (no gift capsule)
Card - Diamond Card - 3 Diamond in Gift Capsule
Sun - N/A (Scoop Level 8) - Received from Donny
Moon - N/A (Scoop Level 7) - Received from Donny

Kudos for being interested in some classic games. I would recommend the first, if you are into a simpler experience and a feel for the original game, but the second is undoubtedly better, seeing as how the developers had a chance to fix some important things wrong with the first. The original also has some unique game play that is changed in the sequel. It really is up to you though, based on what you are looking for.
