I love swimming, kickboxing and I do up to 100 steps on my hydraulic stepper. I may be older but, I enjoy being very active! How about you?

This 60 y/o loves to go for a brisk walk daily. I average three miles on most days but if the heat & humidity aren't too brutal, I'll get in an extra mile. :)

I prefer walking, mixed with a little dancing.

I do use 5lb hand bars to strengthen and tone. Believe it or not, I purchased a Richard Simmons tape called the Silver Foxes (with the mother of Farrah Fawcett and Richard Simmons and the fathers of Al Pacino and Sly Stallone) for my mom. I used it and this tape was tough, I couldn't do the whole tape so I knew I was out of shape. Now I can do it (smile).

My son does kickboxing and Jujitsu and boy are his arms hard as rock! He's always putting me in a headlock. Just playing around of course. : )

Gardening and yard work will pull and stretch me to the limit.

I also like linedancing, the AB lounger and tennis. I am just starting yoga.
