9 - 5 sounds good to me at the moment. My husband has been doing all sorts of stupid hours, 7-7 or 7-6 and then back to work from 8-11 etc etc. So 9-5 would be a lovely break for us to avtually spend some time together. Enjoy it ok, life can be alot harder than doing a 9-5 job.

I was a full time working mum up until a few years ago, i escaped by marrying a musician, obviously that wasn`t the only reason i married him that would be quite sad, but i can now be at home with my children and be the mum i always wanted to be, he does a job he loves and i know very few people who are able to say that, if you can escape do it!!! good luck

I am such a one.
I am a visual artist and work in my studio, whenever the muses demand it of me!
I do not think I can anymore be part of the 9 to 5 club.
Too many games are played in that arena . . too many horrific traits are discovered from that pool.
Even though constant solitude and the discipline to withstand a more social of a life, I am more at ease at not having to witness the carnage people CAN inflict in the open arenas of Life!
I am much of a recluse, a hermit . . but I accept both its' pros and cons!

Wow, 9-5. That would be a,luxury. It's usually 60-70 hrs a week, high stress, getting home at 12:00 a.m. after getting up at 7:00 that morning.

Me,I work from home in my own time(home run business)
I wouldnt want it any other way now...Im good at being a boss but not good at being bossed!!
Plus I have had time to enjoy my children and not had to ship them off to childminders etc.
Did used to work 8-8 but was far too much hard work.
you gotta sit back and relax sometime and not let the stresses get ya.

xx

None. You're forever doomed to sit in a cubicle under flourescent lights yawning and wondering if you'll ever escape it. Unless of course, you went to law school, became a doctor, or somehow had it in good with Bush. Sorry.
