Yesturday I got caught trespassing on some property (I swear it was an accident!), I was really close to being arrested but since I told the truth I pretty much "got off" No court dates or arresting or tickets or anything. But I'm in the computer system as trespassing. When will this be, if anytime, be wiped from the system? I'm 18 and live in New York.

maximum states have the skill to expunge a minor's checklist upon turning 18. that isn't any longer continuously an automated technique inspite of the undeniable fact that. you will ought to verify if that is nonetheless on your checklist upon turning criminal age. whether that's, you could ought to hire an lawyer to petition the courts in that state. because you haven't any longer been sentenced yet. I advise getting the two a Public Defender or in the journey that your loved ones could have the money for one, an lawyer. they are able to invite as a provision of efficiently winding up your sentence, be it probation or effective, community provider. That upon your 18 Birthday that your checklist would be expunged.
