sort of....you are slightly larger on top. hourglass means your hips and waist are similar in size. so more like 32-24-32 or 35-24-35 would be considered an hour glass.
you height has nothing to do with figure shape.

It depends on how you look in person and in pictures, video, etc.
In theory, it sounds like you need a couple of inches more on your hips, but it could be that in reality your hips are so nicely shaped, because of being completely tight and without any extra fat, that you could look more "hourglass" than a girl with 10 inches or more of difference between hips and waist but too much unsightly fat everywhere.
A link to some pictures or a youtube video would have been more helpful to really "get the picture" of your question.
Anyways, you have very nice body figures, most girls in the world envy you, I'm sure!!!

if you had an hourglass figure then your hips would be the same measurement as your chest, and your waist would be 10 inches smaller than your chest and hips

Okay this is how to tell.. are you boobs a C cup or bigger (or even a big B) do you have a small waist? Are your hips and butt big? If you answered yes to both then you have an hourglass figure.

Yes. Because your waist is smaller than bust and hips, you have an hourglass figure.

I wouldn't call it hourglass...I believe it is not reflective on the obvious pride and confidence you have in yourself.....it is most perfect for you!
