For the digital billboards... I mean like the ones that are billboards but they are like the big TV screens -- digital billboards..

LS is a pretty nice and affordable alternative to JoCo.

Sprint Center may be nice, if they can keep it filled. It could turn into a huge money pit too though.

All billboards suck. The Scout notification system is a complete waste of millions of dollars. It has never once helped me and has in fact hindered me before.

There are a lot of public golf courses in KC. Some are good, some suck, but it's nice to have non-crowded areas to play.

Downtown is on the up and up. The Rivermarket and the Crossroads are better though. The new area downtown will be an improvement, but I still can't picture families making the trip down there. All of the restaurants are going to be chains too, so I don't see how this adds to the city.

KCI rocks. It's the quickest security I've ever seen. Parking isn't too bad either. Unfortunately it's way the hell up north.

LSMO: More of a commuter suburb than a place to work. Has really grown in last few years. Can't say if i like or dislike it... as I'm a Johnson Countian and don't go there often.

New Sprint Center: I still can't figure out why we needed to start from the ground up building a replacement for Kemper. I find it annoying that Elton John opening night tickets sold out so quickly and now are too costly for the true Elton fan. It is a venue that may help draw more people downtown, including bringing in more conventions; however, KC needs to entice more hotel companies to downtown for the whole plan to be successful.... along with providing an answer to the parking problem. Better transportation to get there would help... (more busses like they do for Chiefs games or light rail).

Digital Billboards: I started typing an answer for the advertising boards, but I think you mean the KC Scout system and the notification boards on the major highways. These truly aid in avoiding further traffic congestion. Yes, it is helpful.

Town Center in Leawood: I like it because it is not overly huge, has a good variety of shops, and if you just want to go to a few of them, you can park close. It has a good mixture of restaurants, where you can then shop and go to a movie without moving your car.

Public Golf Courses: Not sure about this as I'm not a golfer. I hear that they are reasonably priced compared to other places.

Downtown KC: Well.... that ties with the Sprint Center. It would have been prudent to have all of the restaurants open when they are doing the big shebang for the Sprint Center. We go to the Music Hall and Folly as seasonticket holders, so there will be more places to chose from before our events. However, if they drive up the price at Music Hall like they have this year ($165 from last year to $423 for one ticket), then people don't have the disposable income to do it all... meaning the people who go there for events will end up going to less events and not go downtown as frequently, hence less people at the restaurants. We have to make a choice where our money goes... Needs light rail or reliable bus service for better accessibility to everyone.

KCI: I know this place well. There need to be more shops for the waiting travelers, and the food places need to stay open until 9 p.m. or coordinate with schedules for the airlines around them. Living here, it is easily accessible for a one day biz trip by having parking across the street and close to the gate. For people visiting here, it is better that they have a centralized rental car facility now and lesser buses. I am happy that there are now bathrooms in the departure lounges; however, they should have done that with the first renovation when they put in the expensive floor (part of the art contribution). They need to have light rail from the airport to downtown at a minimum.

I have seen the digital billboards on the highway, don't really like them. The message isn't as clear like it was on the "old fashion" type. But if I had a choice, there would be none.

KC is nothin but a baby STL, a little dirtier, but it's nice. There are so many places in KC(off of i70) that look identical to some of North St. Louis, but STL's better.

I've seen the Sprint Center, when we went downtown, it's really nice, but downtown KC just doesn't seem as kool as STL.

KC got potential, i'll put it that way.
