2- Millions Of Dollars

4- Again 18+ Or at least be olde enough to own a business

Good for you! I think this is a very reasonable question. Now the bad news (I'll stick with full power commercial stations). Radio stations are controlled by the FCC. They're the ones that control the licenses which are worth millions of bux. So it's less age than the ability to demonstrate you have the financial backing to operate the station - once you've found an existing station to sell you their license. Depending on the laws in your state about when you can work full time (because it is a full time job) is going to determine how old you have to be to sell advertising.

If I were you, I'd get involved with a school radio club, go to a magnet school or college with a radio station, learn the ropes and these answers will come to you.
