How do I make a guild on the horde? What level should I make one. Please I need tons of guild help. No links please. Post, email me, I NEED ADVICE. Also, what would be the best way to get a guild motovated about a battle?

You might just want to join an active guild for a while and see how they do it.
But, to make a guild, there is a guild creation location near the entrance of every capital city. Just ask a guard and they will point it out to you. You can create a guild at any level, but you are going to need some gold to get started, espetially if you want to start off with a tabard design.

Go to Ogrimar and ask a guard you should make it around lvl 30-40 and u would be better off just to join in my opinoin. sorry if thats no help.
