I just had a really big fight with my mom right now i'm really infuriated what can i do do help from screamming my lungs off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go walking...think, clear your head, burn some energy...at the end..it wont' seem so bad and your'll probably think your way thru the problem and see her side as well as yours

Leave the room or the house; vent to a friend or do something physical, like taking a walk or a run, to relieve the initial anger and frustration. Once you've calmed down you can develop ways to avoid that feeling next time, like deciding if her words or behavior are worth your energy getting angry. You can also talk to her, during calm moments, about the things she says or does to upset you so much. Set guidelines on what is acceptable to both of you to say to each other.
