Stare right back, but my dad said that if you want them to stop or go away you should go over and sit right next to them (or stand) and stare when your just a foot away from their face. I've never done it, I just give them a weird look.

When someone stares at me, I size them up. I can tell right away why they're staring. If I decide they're staring because they think I'm funny looking, I stick my tongue out at them.
Add a little rasberry at the end of my tongue and then I smile.

I smile and wave at them, it really catches them off gaurd. I also like to look quickly behind me, as if searching desperately for who they are staring at! Some people actually do not realize they are staring, until you bring it to theri attention.

stare at them bak without blinking until they get really awkward or scared or both then they look away and or run! if its little kinds i stick my toung out...if they r with their parents i stick my tongue out -then run! LOL
