can't get to classes as non local at times I can get there, have a problem with my achillies tendon so thought aquacise would be the best way to get fit, but can't seem to find any advice on how to do it!!!

just walk up and down the pool.

It's basically just doing aerobics in the water.
You can jump up and down. It's just moving your body through the water.
They have something called deep water aerobics. It's the same thing in deeper water where you have to treadmill.
But I recommend just swimming if you can handle it. You will get more benefits.

One exercise I just thought of is holding out the sides of the pool and moving your legs.

Any constant movement in the water is aquacise. Just keep moving, invent your own exercise.
