should you block it up, start once in awhile ect

they are all good, and add stabil to the gas tank. if you are going to store it for years, drain all fluids including brakes. Some recommend filling the engine and gas tank to the top with diesel fuel to prevent corrosion.

I find the best thing is to protect it, in a garage or at least a good car cover.

Yes blocking it up and starting it once every couple months is the best. Also insure it is sealed against rodents and the like. If you don't wish to start it up at least turn the motor over by hand and spin all the wheels once in awhile. Also I have found through personal experience that car covers trap moisture and if outside they wear on the paint. I did have a proper breathable car cover but never the less it trapped moisture and rusted my car so beware of that. You can get little moisture absorbing paks to put inside the car so you may want to consider that as well. Also make sure you block air intake somehow in between starts otherwise a mouse will make a nice home out of your air cleaner!

yes block it up ,remove wheels, cover the brake rotors with plastic bags....remove spark plugs and use somthing called fogging in the cylinders,get a car cover

You should leave the hand brake off or it may seize and then it won't come off again later.
