Because I took a supplement that raised my testosterone levels and I was into guys a lot more and sex drive was crazy - I didn't suddenly become heterosexual because of my increased T levels, so, how does this theory counter act with the theory that hormones determine sexuality?

Hormones increase/decrease your sexuality, anger, etc levels. They can affect your personality is many different ways. Which means that basically, if you're horny... really horny, it means that your mind opens up and things you weren't attracted to before start becoming attractive so you can release.

The hormones others discuss about homosexuality would be those during the development process of the baby in a mother's womb.

The hormones of the mother in the womb influence sexual orientation without a doubt. But by the time you're born your brain is pretty much wired orientation-wise the way it's going to be.

I had to take medication (steroids by prescription) once, also. Same reaction, but add in serious aggression for me.

EDIT: The raginess scared the pee outta me. But man, I was one horny guy until that stuff was out of my system!

Some people argue that in utero levels of hormones affect homosexuality. But I do not think there is a good argument for current life lefels of hormones affecting your sexuality

You pretty much said it: it didn't change your orientation, it just made you want to boink everything in sight. Sex is often, if not usually, situational. I think the other answerer was correct; hormones have an organizational effect on the brain while it is developing before birth.
