Tip It. Does anyone remember how to play?

I found that game in my mom's house. All the parts were intact - except the directions. I know you spin the spinner and what ever color you land on, you have to remove that color disk. From there, I don't remember.

There are a lot of games with the kind of pieces that you are referring to. It's hard to decipher what game you're talking about without again knowing more about the game. Just my two cents on your question.
