By the definition of the term, he is a terrorist.
He uses fear and intimidation to advance his political agenda. He attacks preemptively, solely because he doesn't like someone. His attacks harm innocents because that's the most effective way to induce fear and attain control.
And he does all of this in flagrant violation of international law -- not to mention in violation of his own federal laws.
So, criminal and terrorist -- by the definitions of the terms.

The same as you call the others, he strikes a country the size of California with a preemptive strike and still can't win the war. There was no terrorist in Iraq until he stepped in and caused a war that is the biggest mess, thousands more life lost than in 9/11 that the terrorists started in Afghanistan., not Iraq the country he struck for no reason at all but Daddy and Oil , sound like a terrorist to you.

The best is that when he started this war in the middle east he made sure he couldn't be charged with war crimes...though he had his government state that the Israeli Parliament should have been charged with war crimes when Israel and Lebanon were at war...the US doesn't want Israel involved in any middle east war...just like they didn't want it to happen under the power of his father....strangely enough his family owns some of the oil fields in partnership with middle east people...as Americans you have been duped by your political structure....as a partner with terrorists then you are one yourself...
you are only what you are by the company that you keep...
