Unless you put on some serious bulk, either WR, or if you got a good arm, and make decisions fast, QB.
In any role, you are gonna want to put on 20-30 lbs of lean muscle if you plan to survive. On defense you might be allright at corner, but that depends on how fast you are.
Just about any other position you just sound too skinny for. How is your leg strength? I know it ain't glamorous, but good kickers are hard to find.

OK you have a couple options because you have decent size first it depends on what side of the ball you want to play on if you want to play d then here are some options
1.linebacker you dint have to be 6foot5 244 to play linebacker
2.corner back very good choice with your speed and size
but if you want to play o then id go with one of the following
1.wide receiver same reasons as corner as long as your not afraid to take a hit
last opt.QB perfect size if you have a good memory this is perfect for you
but all in all its what you feel you will have the most fun and success

It really depends on how your coach sets up his defense and offense, sometimes guys your size would play safety, other times you'd play wide receiver, just depends on the coach and what your good at

Look at every position, try every position out. If you find one, go for it. But, most of the time the coach will pick for you, that is if your uncertain or he finds out that your no good at this spot and will move you to another.

I would say Wide Reciver and Free Safety/Cornerback.
If you were heavier you could play Tight End.

You'd need to get bigger to play WR, LB, TE....but you might be able to play SS..but even then you might need to pack in 20lbs....165 is pretty light...even in high school...Good luck to you..

well, u havent given much information. all u stated was ur weight, heigh, and ur speed is decent. how decent? we cant tell by anything u gave us. r u good at catching? can u run routes well? can u throw well? r good at remembering plays? can u block? can u jump? how much can u bench? 40-yard dash time? just ask your coach and he'll tell u wat position u can play. if u can catch well and r fast, id say play wide receiver.
