The Exorcist. Still creeps me out after all these years.

Probably Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park 2. I was only 13 or 14 at the time and it scared me really bad. And yes I had nightmares.
Most recently, the scariest movie I've seen was War of the Worlds. No, I didn't have nightmares after watching that one.

The Entity was a disturbing based on actual events film, didn't have nightmares, didn't go to sleep for fear of some evil invisible force sneaking into bed with me, raping me and sticking me to the ceiling.
The Day After Tomorrow, what a incredible film special effects 1st class I thought, and I also thought my god what would it be like if this really happened, more than terrifying.

There are so many! For a ghost story there is a great movie called The Changeling. Other horror movies that scared me are: In the Mouth of Madness, Prince of Darkness, Last House on the Left & the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

The Ring virtually tipped me over the edge! I am a real lightweight when it comes to horror films, and that finished me off completely!
Apocolypta was bloody awful too (literally!) that gave me nightmares, as did The Ring.
I have made a conscious decision to avoid anything remotely scary in the future.

This may sound funny, but Independence Day scared the crap out of me, up until Randy Quaid's character saved the world in the end. It just seemed so real, like something that could actually happen. No it didn't give me nightmares.

My brother put on "Salem's Lot" with David Soul at my 12th birthday party and frightened the cr@p out of all the kids! None of them would go home alone in the dark afterwards!
For the next few nights, I did get nervous when it started getting dark in the evening time.
Films don't like scare me like that anymore now I'm an adult. The only one that came close was "The Exorcist."

ET. Seriously. I was forced to watch it as a child and had nightmares for weeks. Have had a phobia of aliens, even since.

THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW?!?!? The only scary thing about that movie is that some studio moron greenlighted it. What a crock! That was the dumbest movie I've ever seen.
Sacriest movie? the original HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER with Michael Rooker.
