sqrt 6 / sqrt7 * sqrt 14 / sqrt 3

factor it out

sqrt2 * sqrt3 / sqrt7 * sqrt2 * sqrt7 / sqrt3

Now cancel out all like terms of 3 and 7 on each side

Now you are left with sqrt2 * sqrt2

This = 2.
