I think they're nasty and unhealthy but my husband uses them all the time for his early shifts. He prefers Monster which smells like a horrible mangled fruit/rootbeer soda and gives him diarrhea with a greenish tinge to it, or he'll drink that Full Throttle stuff, which also results in gastronomic atrocities. His brother drinks Red Bull and yes, same results plus snippy attitude.
Energy drinks are terrible for you. They will send you straight to the bathroom because caffeine is a stimulant, they make your heart race, make you sweaty, and then you crash. People have died from having more than one at a time. You are much better off taking the time to eat a protein rich breakfast with some carbs mixed in to give you both quick and sustained energy.

I like Crunk energy drink... but its too expensive and i can only find them in atlanta. I drink red bull but i dont really like it that much

My father also alwayz drinks it so he can stay awake while driving across the country.
