Can i upgrade home edition XP to Express edition without formatting?

presently i am having home edition of XP installed i want to upgrade to express edition and i am having the cd's of express edition plz help

You can upgrade to Win XP Professional without formatting. Just read the instructions on the screen carefully. There is Microsoft Outlook Express but NO Win XP Express.
