Listen to those drums, and the heaviness of the guitar(s... Page's guitar army). Of course, how can we pick the best of the best? Zep made some of the best music, much of which defies categorization. Every song was not a clone of the rest, every album was not a clone of the last...
In a Guitar World interview several years ago, Pagey said that Zeppelin was defined by the spaces between tehm - each member had their different influences that they were willing to let shine!
So many bands nowadays think that everyone has to think the same way... Rubbish!
