for those of you who also think everyone has a special power deep within themselves, how might i find mine? i'm not being retarded to talk like this. i just believe. if you dont believe then thats just you. anyways, i think i have some sort of magic power, but i can't really figure out what it is. does it have something to do with finding out who you truly are? how can i find who i really am? how do i find my power? whether it be physcological or physical...

Yes you must know yourself first, then you see your strengths and weaknesses...sometimes your apparent weakness is your strength...for example...I am leery of crowds and people will get me upset...I never realized why until it came to me that I pick up their emotions and thoughts and it gets me all riled up...so that is at the same time my weakness and my strength...I learned to use that ability..see?
Learn to meditate and find out who you are first...

I believe that everyone has abilities, and to discover yours, you merely need to ask. Meditate and focus on your question. The Universe will give you an answer. Just be sure to ask for communication that you will understand, then pay attention. You could receive communication from a book, the television, music, a person. Keep your eyes, ears, and heart open to the message/information.

I think the better into we get with ourselves, our personal power starts to make itself shown. The more I have worked on understanding my spiritual journey, living a better life etc., my powers -afters years of lying dormant- are representing themselves to me and growing. Very slow process. It was unsettling at first. And I am still working on the development of them. As I have been awaking my mind and calming my heart, everything is changing and is wonderful. well, just because you may have a power deep inside of you somewhere, it doesn't mean you will ever find. people spend so much of their lives trying to find it, and they dont. few do. but if you truley think you can find it, than meditation helps. dont expect it to come right away, because it may take years. all the best........scott

Sometime our powers can become inert.. And re-awakening them can take a long time... And when they are re-awaken they will first show themselves in your dreams... Tell me what strange dreams have you had lately... What have you really thought about and some how you did not pay any attention too... Seek God. Each one of us is given a gift through God. Those who believe find it easier to use. I have family members with the same thing. My one sister always knew when something bad was going to happen. I have a friend who can see things that I never would want to. My brother could see these things as well.
So my answer is seek God. You say "I just believe": Well, that is the faith people have that Jesus died for our sins. They just believe.

If i could desire to have specific powers, it could be the skill to take particularly everyone's else specific powers and use them each and every time i choose them. If i could desire to be a superhero, i could be the Rogue.
